Scheduled appointments can be canceled or rescheduled without penalty up to 24 hours prior to your appointment time.
Policy Expectations & Warranty Limits
No lifetime warranties
Because pest activity is heavily influenced by external environmental factors, building structural changes, and daily habits down the road, we do not offer lifetime warranties.
Client collaboration
Effective pest control is a partnership. Extended service guarantees may be limited if recommended maintenance steps, structural repairs, or sanitation guidelines provided by our technicians are not followed.
