Most common home program with 3 coordinated site tracking visits. Minor ground-level sealing includes up to 3 minor ground-level exclusion points (e.g., small gap mesh inserts, foam sealant). Extensive exclusion or high-access work quoted separately under Exclusion.

Severe structural infestations, breeding loops, multi-level entry, or large homes over 2,500 sq ft.

Humane removal (trap or one-way exit), entry mapping, and sealing 1 confirmed active entry with chew-resistant materials (standard accessible entry). Adults only or empty nest. No dependent young on site.

When babies or juveniles are confirmed in the nest or den. Includes humane delay, reunion monitoring, extra site visits, and exclusion only after young are mobile. Never seal while dependents are still inside.

Standard accessible-area job: droppings and nesting debris removal, surface sanitization, and odour mitigation in living areas, garages, or storage. Timed with active pest control so products stay effective.

Standard void remediation: HEPA vacuum, debris removal, and surface treatment after rodent, wildlife, or insect mess. Heavy insulation pack-out or full insulation removal quoted separately.

Standard single-point ground-level seal: ground vents, crawlspace access, foundational pipe penetrations, or crawlspace gap proofing.

Standard accessible roofline seal: soffit gaps, fascia intersections, attic peak roof vents, or one 2nd-story wildlife entry pathway.

Program onboarding and exterior inspection. Includes placement of up to 3 tamper-resistant exterior bait stations where warranted by activity (monitoring program — not a full trap-out or cleanout). One minor ground-level seal at setup when needed; additional stations, sealing, trapping, or high-access work quoted separately.
